• view the weekly breakfast and lunch menu;
• place orders for the week;
• check their child or children lunch account balance(s);
• view the last 30 days transactions including activities to their lunch account; and
• restrict the lunch account purchases to only breakfast, lunch and beverages.

Lunch Account / PJ’s Cuisine Lunch Wallet
CKLA students are automatically provided with a PJ’s Cuisine Lunch Wallet or lunch account to which purchases at the Canteen can be charged. It is a prepaid system and parents or guardians should ensure that their child or children’s account have available funds at all time to complete purchases. Orders placed online will be charged to this account as well as students are able to purchase items directly at the Canteen using cash or they have the option to charge it to their lunch account.

Payment Methods
Funds are placed on the lunch account using cash or debit/credit card paid directly at the Canteen or via online bank transfer to PJ’s Cuisine Limited’s bank account. For online bank transfers please notify us by email (ckla@pjscuisine.com) once a transfer is made.

We do understand at times there may be delays in getting funds on the lunch accounts; as such the platform is designed to allow emergency purchases up to a maximum of value of JMD$2,500 if funds are not available. Parents or guardians will receive automated email notifications when their child's/children's lunch account balance is low or when an emergency purchase was made.

Restricted Purchases
The OrderAhead platform provides parents or guardians with the option to restrict their child’s or children’s purchases at the Canteen to only breakfast, lunch and beverage items. Please note that once “Restricted Purchases” is enabled our cashiers will not be able to charge items such as Snacks, Pastry, Candy or Frozen Novelties to their lunch account. Such items will need to be purchased with cash.

Notifications
PJ’s Cuisine Limited will make reasonable efforts to notify parents and guardians via email of key activities affecting their lunch account(s). These include receipt of payments made to the account, low account balances, emergency purchases charged to the account and overdue balances. However, the failure to notify parents or guardians shall not relieve their obligations to keep the account balances current.

Placing an order(s)

1. Login to our web app at https://ckla.pjscuisine.com
2. Once logged in, select the date you are scheduling the order for. This will update your screen with the menu for that specific day.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to add to your cart. Once complete, click "My Order" to view your cart.
4. If you are satisfied with your order, click "Checkout" then select the child you are placing the order for.
5. To submit the order to CKLA Canteen click "Confirm".

Repeat the steps 3-5 to place another order for another day of the week or for another child.
